You gotta love Florida when there are no hurricanes in sight, the sun is blazing, and the sky looks like this:

What I Found Around The Way
Saturday, January 26, 2008
I left my house on the way to the mall and these little guys were munching on the grass right outside the fence of my neighborhood. Luckily I had my camera, pulled over and took a couple shots.

Way Before My Time
Sunday, December 23, 2007
This was different and fun. I shot these at the St. Pete Pier Classic Car Show.

As we were walking in, a classic Rolls Royce was leaving the show. I kicked myself because I really wanted to take a picture of the hood ornament. Then I saw this beauty and it's my favorite shot of the day. I added vignetting for effect.

I had to throw in some black and whites for the occasion..

This made me laugh. They really don't want you touching the cars..
This is becoming a pattern with me. I *heart* reflection shots, even if they are off of a fender and make you look totally distorted!

I haven't been to the zoo since Elementary School...with nothing to do this Saturday and kiddies in tow, we went to Lowry Park Zoo on a whim and it was great!

And yes...that is it's tongue!
